Tony Gentile, founder and principal of Crisnic Fund, oversees research, investment selection, deal structure, and trading.

Known for his no-nonsense approach, Tony has more than 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. Tony is also the founder and manager of IFG Opportunity Fund, LLC. IFG is a private equity fund based in North America. Prior to forming Crisnic fund and IFG Opportunity Fund, Tony was president of Institutional Finance Group; a consulting firm that structured and placed private placement transactions for publicly traded companies. Institutional Finance was responsible for in excess of 200 million dollars ($200,000,000) in equity and debt financing.

Ms. Cascante assists with the research process of the fund, running and monitoring screens to identify companies that meet our investment criteria.

Ms. Gianfranceshi is responsible for administrative functions of the fund.

John is responsible for the due diligence process on all prospective investments. This process includes initial analysis, due diligence, and any pre-closing on-site visits.

Brian is responsible for the funds documentation, negotiations, closings, and coordinating with the funds SEC counsel.
